Welcome to the RUKA Lab!

We design robotic systems that enhance human capability in grasping and manipulation. By identifying insights from hand and body movements found in nature we create assistive technologies such as end-effectors, hand exoskeletons, tactile sensors, and haptic feedback devices. Our goal is to translate this research into practical solutions that expand dexterity and empower individuals, making interaction with the world more intuitive and accessible.
